I have loads of music, yet I only listen to a fraction of it. The problem is that allot of my music disappears into the darkest shadows of my iTunes library and never gets played. If you use a digital music player to listen to your music, you’ll know what I’m talking about. Sure, I can use shuffle, but 10 000 songs is allot of songs to shuffle through. So the other day I thought of a nifty way to create smaller playlists that will dig songs out of my mp3 library that I’ve forgotten about long ago.

All you have to do is take the first word that jumps into your head, say… “girl”, hehe. Now create a smart playlist that contains all the songs with the word “girl” in the song title and instantly you have a playlist that will cover your whole music collection. Here are the results of my girl playlist. Not surprisingly the Beach Boys had allot to say about girls!
