Nevermind pink shirts, the Mullet/Fullet is possibly the ugliest hairstyle I have ever seen. In fact, I HATE it. It probably goes best with a few broken teeth and bad skin. And maybe a nose ring or two.
And a gholf shirt, regardless of colour (the most unflattering piece of clothing around, especially if you are untoned and flabby).

It was early one morning in spring 2004. A couple of us (Me, David, Bryan, possibly Mark was also there) were standing on the lawn in front of the Engineering 1 building on campus, talking trash and enjoying a pleasant view... then Christiaan rocked up (wearing a pink t-shirt).

If my memory doesn't fail me the word I used was "mirl", not "lady man". Bryan coined the phrase "lady man" and David made some comment about Christiaan's Fullet. Anyhow, the reason we were dishing out these "insults" so freely was becuse Christiaans moderately daring yet somewhat stylish hairdo was beginning to get a bit of "body". Let's just say on this fine morning Chris and his hairdo was looking less like Joe Dirt/Michael Bolton/Billy Ray Cyrus and more like Ashley Simpson, pink tank top and all.

In retrospect we did give Christiaan some credit and agreed that the colour of his shirt was salmon, not pink.

Ha ha!

If I remember correctly the author of this webpage used to mock me like crazy for wearing a pink t-shirt last year. Saying things like, "Oh it must be salmon season..., Batting for the other team..., Ladyman..." or something about Ross in a Friends episode. In fact, most of the people who read this blog mocked me about wearing a pink t-shirt. I still lie in the fetal position and cry myself to sleep. Nevertheless I persisted.

Bufoons!

It's your nightmares that have come back to haunt you! At least I wore the pink last year, amidst the ridicule and name-calling I developed even more character. Now I can rightfully claim to be one of those daring trendsetters that don't care what others think of them, giving the world the finger. YEAH!

So next time you guys see me wearing a scarf or some fancy shoes, think carefully. This guy might just know what the hell is going on in this world, he's got his head screwed on the right way. Respect.

On a serious note.

Respect my and others' taste in music, I only like certain music because it triggers something deep inside my soul. So tread carefully, because you are stepping on my soul. Sometimes other people have to learn to appreciate music, there is no first come first serve in that, music belongs to no-one. It's like trying to tell people they may not feel a certain way because you felt it first, if you want to take that away from them you are a tyrant. People are people, and they will learn to like what they are exposed to, it does not mean that they like something just because the they think it is the cool thing to do. It means that they like it because they like it, nothing complicated about it, no strings attached.

i also hate the concept of pink music. last year a specific genre//band/song is frowned down upon... then 365 days pass and all of a sudden its accepted by a certain group of people and then it qualifies as being cool.. and these people then explain to you how good it is. makes me puke. i guess people in general feel comfortable to go with the flow... just like the golf clowns.
