Prisoners can vote, but South Africans outside the country can't? does that make ANY sense at all? i thought you were stripped of most of your rights (except right to life) when imprisoned in South Africa, and not when you're abroad for whatever reason... makes me sick.. somehow i'm glad i missed this one... i agree with Tinneke, about South Africans abroad not being able to vote… it’s ridiculous and we all know what the reasons are.
